Every booking earns your club money
Rugby Rooms turns the hotel nights your club already books (away days, tournaments, tours, Old Boys' weekends) into club income. There's no cost to the club.
How the club earns
Every booking a member makes carries a small commission. Your club is credited a share of it, and members see what the club earns right next to every price.
Payouts
Earnings lock in once a guest checks out. We pay clubs quarterly by bank transfer once the balance reaches $25; smaller balances roll forward. A stay's share is paid once our booking partner has paid us for it.
What admins do
Share an invite link, remove members who leave, and add the club's tax details (the W-9, filled in online) so we can pay you. Captains can set up team trips and see who in the squad has booked.
What members get
Member rates on hotels everywhere, shown all-in per night so members can compare them anywhere. Free-cancellation rates are clearly marked, and booking takes a couple of minutes on a phone.
